Before you order
We deliver within India only. Standard shipping costs ₹79 when your order subtotal after discounts is below ₹999, and is free when that subtotal is ₹999 or more. The shipping charge does not count towards the threshold. Please provide a complete delivery address, the correct PIN code and a reachable phone number, and review the final total at checkout. If you need an item for a particular date, speak to us before ordering.
Delivery arrangements
Options can vary by destination and order. Any dispatch or delivery estimate provided is a guide and can be affected by availability and carrier operations. Contact us with the delivery location or your order number if you need more information.
Following your order
Keep your order confirmation. If you placed the order through an account, you can review its details in My account. Where a carrier tracking link is supplied, use it for parcel updates. Our team can help with questions about an order’s status.
An address correction or missed delivery
Let us know promptly if your address needs changing or a delivery has been missed. We will check the stage of fulfilment and explain what can be arranged. Any applicable redelivery charge will be communicated before proceeding.
A problem with the parcel
Keep the packaging if the parcel appears damaged or the item is incorrect. Have your order number and clear photographs of the parcel, item and label ready when contacting us. See Returns & cancellations for the support process.
